Organizational Development & Transformation

Key challenges common to Organizational Transformation programs

Our experience suggests that leaders and deployers of Organizational Transformation programs (including Operational Excellence)  face the following 7 common deployment challenges.

  1. Executive buy-in. Driving greater levels of management commitment to Operational Excellence
  2. Alignment with business priorities. Ensuring as much improvement activity as possible is aligned with strategic and operational objectives
  3. Translating training into results. Ensuring that training interventions are successfully translated into completed improvement projects
  4. Engaging everyone. Ensuring clear cross communication and transparency on role of everyone in supporting excellence
  5. Sustaining gains. Ensuring that once achieved, performance improvements are sustained
  6. Driving replication. Ensuring improvement solutions and best practices are being replicated throughout the organization
  7. Demonstrating returns. Demonstrating that the organization is multiplying the value of every dollar invested in improvement
    by an order of magnitude

We also know that organizational effectiveness and human development are tightly linked and major part of transformation,
which is all about successful change (gradual evolution or drastic) from one condition of existence to another more effective one.
To optimize the transformation process, we adopt a systemic approach to all of our interventions.

We focus on the three main areas below, however, as required with a client, we would provide expertise in other areas.
